NEWS Update - September 2006

Norfolk Won the Middleton Cup 2nd September 2006.

Wymondham Dell Bowls Club would like to CONGRATULATE the Norfolk County EBA for their teams' win against Cumbria in the National Middleton Cup final at Worthing yesterday afternoon, Saturday 2nd September.

Final score Norfolk 108 shots to Cumbria 105 shots.

The Final was played after an exciting Semi-Final yesterday morning where Norfolk beat Buckinghamshire 141 shots to 96 shots.

A fine ending to a glorious outdoor season adding further to the Norfolk County EIBA success in winning the all England Liberty Trophy earlier in the year. The Double for Norfolk..
